  • You can't isolate belly fat. There is no specific exercise on earth that will just take the fat off your jelly belly. You need to lose weight in general and it will go away. Its the ONLY way.

  • Cardio is the best way to get toned. As said above you cant really target your stomach flab. You need to eat healthy and do cardio. Situps and such dont really help with flab

  • There is only one way. Men store their energy in that area as women store it on their hips mostly. So you must cut down on the energy you store, you have to cut down on your carbohydrates and lower your body fat content. Anything else is total bullshit.
  • Maintain your eating. Run to lose the fat. Sit-ups to tone the Abs. Buy a Sit-up bench they really work the the abs.
  • If you eat 5 times a day small meals...you build your metabolism...which makes your body burn calories constantly...then if you do at least 30 min of cardio a day you can lose a lot of weight. I do this minus weekends and I lose anywhere from 5-10IBS a month...in order to lose stomach fat you need to do cardio...not just situps BTW. You can lose stomach fat by doing cardio alone....situps will help carve muscle in the areas where you burn fat...making it more difficult for fat to be stored in those areas...thats the main goal.
