Great stuff. More should do this. It's about time people stopped letting any government tell us what to do when we're on private premises.

Its the lawmakers jobs to make sure that there is no way around the law. Sometimes they make it that way so that people can get around the law. I dont fault the barowner at all.

Good for them. Unless the government is willing to deal with outlawing the sale of cigarettes and other tobacco related products. I think all the loop holes should be exploited for as long as possible. Everyone knows that smoking is bad, but politicians. Either they just look the other way. or they are in denial because of the money lining their pockets. Once again give smokers a break.

Cancer sticks anyone? I don't smoke..but come on it's a bar..light up:)

I am a non smoker but I believe that this blanket ban is not only bad for a lot of peoples businesses but also an infringement on tax payers rights . If they lost the tax income from cigarettes the country would really be in trouble. It is the most hypocritical law this two faced lot have come up with.

I love it. It should be up to the bar owner to determine if people smoke in their bar or not. Let the market determine where we smoke.

Great story. Creativity put to very good use. Seriously. Next the loud bands will be against the law because the noise they make leads to hearing loss. Duh! If I don't like Chinese food, I don't go to a Chinese restaurant. If I don't smoke, then I don't go to that bar. . .ughhhh.
