I would think so. Yes you have those idiots out there that leave there kids in the car and go in to the bar to get a couple of drinks when it is 40 below zero up where i live. But any parent with common sense would not leave there kid the car parked some where for a sec. It doesnt take much effort to grab your child out of the car. if you think it does then you should not have children

Yes, you are never supposed to leave a child under the age of 8 in a parked car. As soon as you leave the immediate area, you are breaking the law.
