I live on the beach in Florida. How often should I get my car waxed? Any special wax?

i recommend to get your car waxed at least once a year to preserve the paint i wax my car at least once every 6 months or try to at least im not sure about places with heat 24/7 since i live in chicago with wax i go with turtle im pretty loyal to turtle so havent really tried any others
