I have a problem with the fish sandwiches. they never seem to get that square patty on the round bun right. It's always hanging halfway off the bun and the half slice of chesse freezes it to that spot and I can't put it back on the right way. So I feel it's the worst food for me because everytime I get one my faith in mankind drops.

Can't really think of anything, I like all the McDonald's products. I used to love their fajitas, seems like they don't make them any more. They have a skillet burrito that I find excellent. I also like the wraps, they are so good specially with ranch.

For me personally or the worst health wise? The most unhealthy breakfast is their big breakfast with the griddle cakes, sausage, eggs, and biscuit. The worst individual breakfast item you can order is their two hotcakes weighing in at 610 calories 18 grams of fat and only 9 grams of protein. The chicken select meal has over 1700 calories when you add fries and a coke. That's more than some people should eat in an entire day.

Everything besides Apple dippers, the occasional ice cream cone, and a water. McDonalds is disgusting and people that make themselves and their kids eat it multiple times a week are hurting themselves. Thats just my opinion though.
