Sorry, I have no answer for your question..I'm not really sure it needs one. But I liked it a lot. ;-) I'll try it next time I am feeling listless and get back with you on the results.

Because it is doing the worst thing for you. It is making you focus on yourself when you make a list. But if you focused on things outside, like helping others, making them your priority, it will help align everything else for you. It alleviates depression and that lost feeling. It gives you purpose and scope to your life.
