Help on 5 problems with solving equations with fractions
1) (x + 4) / 4 – (3x – 9) / 7 = 1 / 2
2) 3/2(2x + 1) – 1/3 (4x – 1) = -3 & 1/6
3) (2 + x) / 6x = 3 / (5x) + 1 / 30
4) x / ( x + 2) = 2 / 3
5) (x + 3) / (x + 1) = (x + 2) / (x + 4)

    parenthesis
    exponents
    multuplication
    division
    addition
    subtraction

    follow that order and you should be fine..

    Youch.

    One thing you could do: see something as the denominator of a fraction, then multiply all the terms in the equation by that denominator - then that denominator disappears because E*something/E = something

    Then eventually you have no fractions. Easier?
