I'd figure out something to "invent" that I was familiar with from my own time, that was valuable, and which hadn't yet been invented in the 1920s. I'd "invent" it, patent it, and make my fortune on it.

You mean I can't turn my age back some as well? Darn! I want to be younger too! I'm 71! But then I would rather be about today in time but age turned back into my early 20s

what would i do though. well I would figure out some way to purchace things that would be mine today and worth a heck of a lot more than it was then.

I have often thought it would be good to kill Hitler, but had Hitler not done what he did my mother might not have married my father and I might not exist: so would that be suicide? No, I think I'd visit Margate and Portsmouth (England) and look around to see what it was like before the bombing and destruction by the planners and developers.

I'd prefer not to rip off the hard work of some inventor. Instead I'd make several carefully selected bets on sporting events. I could definitely sleep easy at night having bled the bookies dry.

Invent tv, invent rock and roll and keep dragging my grandfathers ass out of the pub/bar as he had a serious drink problem until he wised up to the trouble he was causing back at home.

That puts me in december of 1929. Adolf Hitler had been in the Nazi party since about 1919 and in charge of it since 1921. He had already served the 18 months of the five year sentance for trying to over throw the weimar republic. He is probably a little too difficult to get at to be able to shoot, and avoid WWII.

Yasser Arafat was born in august of that year. It probably wouldn't be too difficult to get into his home and kill him as an infant. That would save a lot of people some difficulty in the future. While I am at it maybe offing Osama Bin Ladin's father or grandfather would be nice. Ruhollah Khomeni was teaching at Najaf and Qum seminaries at the time. A pistol round to the head at that time would have made todays world much more peaceful.

Sadly, time travel is not possible.
