If I were the smartest person on Earth, then I would find cures for all the medical disorders, and become a motivational speaker because too many people on this planet need to learn to live and lighten up!

It's impossible to know. If I were the smartest person on Earth, then I would have a considerable amount of knowledge and insight that I do not now possess; and this knowledge and insight would certainly play an important part in determining what--if anything--I would invent.

I'd invent a cure for fibromyalgia. It's partly selfish since I happen to have fibromyalgia and it sucks, but I know that there are millions of other people out there whose lives would be greatly improved by it as well.

I would work with other very smart people and try to find cures for major diseases. I would like to help out with Fusion research. I would try and tap ideas from the general public in order to improve ideation in regards to a problem that "we" may be stuck on, because sometime the best ideas can come from the least likly of places.
