I'd invent a cure for fibromyalgia. It's partly selfish since I happen to have fibromyalgia and it sucks, but I know that there are millions of other people out there whose lives would be greatly improved by it as well.

If I were the smartest person on Earth, then I would find cures for all the medical disorders, and become a motivational speaker because too many people on this planet need to learn to live and lighten up!

A rechargeable flying vest so we could just tool around not too high off of the ground. It would be so fun to fly down the road to get bread.

A button that when pushed would deliver a mild electric shock to the person on the other end of the phone. With this device in place, I can see a rapid decline in the number of spam phone calls. Hope this helps.
