If you're 18, it's legal for you to have tobacco as long as you're not smoking it. Whether or not the school wants to admit it, you're an adult and are entitled to use tobacco if you wish.
Will i go 2 juvy if im 14 and was out at 4:30 am when curfew is midnight and i snuck out of the house i then ran to hide but when they found me i did not resist fines are $500 max and possible time in jail does this apply 2 me also
