    Well for duels. You want to always guard by holding down L1. Watch the Officer's patterns. They all have patterns. EX. (Guard, swing, swing, finishing hi) That could be a pattern. Learning it real quick could be an easy win for you. Jumping in the air then Hitting the Triangle button could be of some use as well. It knocks the enemy down. Another good strategy is if you are in the red health. Run around until your Musou guage fills up. Get behind them and Musou. That is Critical damage there.
