Orajel. But the tooth is hurting for a reason. Need to have it looked at.

It depends what the problem is. There are products on the market for tooth aches but I never found them to be very effective. I'd go to a dentist for professional advice and treatment. There is probably an underlying reason for the ache itself. Using Oragel or something similar will just treat the symptoms (pain) not the cause.

Until you can get to the dentist, you can use Clove oil. You can get it at any health food store, it works very well. It does burn a bit at 1st, but takes the pain away. Also you can get Grapefruit seed extract also at a health store, it is a mild natural antibiotic. Mix a few drops in warm water ans swish it around in your mouth then spit out. But it is important you find a dentist as soon as possible to have your tooth checked, it could be infected.
