  • Not at all! :)
  • http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ Your body mass index is 22.3 BMI Categories: Underweight = <18.5 Normal weight = 18.5-24.9 Overweight = 25-29.9 Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater You have normal weight. You aren't fat.
  • Nope. That is a good height to weight ratio.
  • Uh no. You're just right IMO. I'd say you were fat if you were like, 200 pounds.
  • Not in the slightest! But listen... your 14. Most 14 year olds have a poor self image because of the societal garbage thats forced down our throats. It creates a poor self image, because people think that if you arent a super model, you aren't attractive. 5'4 and 130? Thats a very healthy weight. Boney isnt pretty. More importantly though, are you happy with what you see in the mirror? Im sure your beautiful. Be happy with what you are.
  • You are towards the upper end of "healthy" weight according to the CDC... which if THEY say you're okay, you're REALLY okay, definitely not fat. Please notice that you should be using a child/teen BMI indicator like http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/Calculator.aspx rather than an adult one, which won't take into account the fact that you are still growing, and not fully through puberty.
  • no, you are not fat! for your height i think that should be about the healthy weight for you. besides you are 14 and MUCH too young to be worrying about your weight you are still growing.
  • i think you weight exactly what you should weight for your age and your height. you are way too young to worry about your weight as long you think you look good then you should be happy.
  • For your height and sex anything between 110 and 145lbs is considering healthy. You are not by stretch of the imagination overweight.
  • No. You're not. You may be a little chubby depending on how your frame is built though. And I know people are going to jump on me for saying that, but it's true. I have a really thin frame, and at 5'5" and when at 130lbs I am chubby. If you are honestly worried you're fat, exercise. Don't aim at losing weight, don't weight yourself.. just do it to make yourself feel better. There is a chance you have more fat than muscle which is why you worry about it, if you exercise and replace some of that fat with muscle, you'll stay around the same weight, but it will be muscle so you'll actually be smaller and healthier.
  • you sound just fine to me
  • lol i think many women would desire to be 5'4 and 130 pounds..
  • No way. And i'm an honest person lol. And to repeat what they said, boney girls are not as cute.
  • No, you are not fat. As you are still in puberty, your weight is within a "healthy" weight range for your age. To get a more realistic view of your "fat" content, figure your BMI. There is a nice formula for figuring healthy BMI for teens here: http://kidshealth.org/teen/food_fitness/dieting/weight_height.html
