My husband has a special needs daughter of 24. He's required to pay child support indefinitely, however, he was not awarded visitation as his daughter is an adult. His ex refuses him any contact with her. He has not seen her in 3 years. What could he do?

    I've never addressed this issue, so I've referred it to a fathers rights attorney. I'll post her answer when I get it.
