What is the name of the person who speaks the most number of languages in the world fluently...and how many languages does this person speak? Thank you!

    Consider that many people interested in philology are probably more interested in other people than personal fame or recognition. So it is entirely possible there are or have been polyglots out there that speak many more languages than what I have found. They may not even be documented anywhere online...

    Ziad Youssef Fazah. 56-60
    (depends whether you count dialects as languages)
