You can't really convince her to do something she doesn't want to do.

However, you may be able to very gradually work your way up to it (with her consent, of course). Start from just touching her in that area, gauge her reactions. She may end up being curious to go further with it. However, if she's not or if she tells you to stop, I'd advise you to respect her wishes and just deal with it.
