I'm a big fan of Ken Jennings of Jeopardy fame and I think he intentionally bowed out as kind gesture to the world. He's got my vote for sure. He doesn't just have an intelligence for trivial knowledge either. The man is quick, bright and most importantly he is very personable which is another sign of intelligence too.
