No, clouds do not follow me. They only seem to be doing so. This only happens when we get a huge and long cloud formation. As a consequence, when we view the clouds from a moving vehicle they would appear to be following us because we are not fast enough to pass them by.

They like to wait until they fill with moisture so they can rain on me. They think it is kind of funny. dang old clouds
