With a death grip. The ratio of the grips intensity would be proportional to the hight of the bridge.

That'd depend on the bridge :) Small non-freakishly-high bridge, maybe not. Any other bridge, oh yeah. With my eyes shut if possible.

Depends on the bridge, if it was very narrow, then probably. But normally, I don't.
