Asleep? Why the fascination with the AB Ninjas? Just curious.

Ok, I hope that I am able to finally answer this question. Many people have recently been asking about the 'ninja' thing so I will attempt to explain. For sometime I have had this morbid fascination with ninjas. I have always thought that it would be awesome to be a 'real' ninja. One day I decided to add 'wants to be a ninja' behind my user name on AB...because it's true: I want to be a ninja. After one a particularly amusing comment thread with Babbling Brook she asked me why I wanted to be a ninja, and I gave her the same explanation: cool outfits, near superhuman abilities and some kick ass weapons and she was game as well. She then decided she also wanted to be a ninja and added it to her user name as well. Sometime later we were involved in a comment thread with Meg about kick ass ninja ensembles and she decided she also wanted to be a ninja...at this time csimme joined in as well. Then soon after dirty pumpkin asked...then joined, followed by Nelson (temporarily) and a few other users. Thus the movement was begun...who can blame them: slimming, comfy outfits, the ability to kick anyone's ass (or at least make them think you can), cool weapons and the like. So, I hope this answers your question...the recent ninja thing began as an inside joke between a few members and has apparently gained popularity in the past couple of weeks. They're there alright. They come out at night since that is when they thrive. I have heard some horror stories about how they can infiltrate an entire troll colony and decimate them before they even knew what hit them. First it's the throwing stars, then they throw their smoke bombs and then next thing you know they're hacking these vermin to shreds with their extra sharp swords. The next moment they're gone.
