Is Neulasta good for chemotherapy?

neulasta can help boost your wbc (white blood count) or your immune system during chemo. usual doseage (wich may very from patient to pt.) is 6mg dose per round of chemo. sometimes drugs may make you more sick before you can get better, chemo does this. this drug appears to help you thru this. hope i could help some?
