My ex wife has taken our 06 kicker check,deposited it into her personal account with no signatures,how can I get it back and can I charge her with a crime

If this is your ex wife and the check belonged to both of you and had your name on it then yes you can have her arrested for theft. Also if she forged your signature on the check to deposit it then you can have her arrested for that also.
