Hourly, and if it wasn't enough, I'd find a place that is willing to pay my price.

I'm a casual employee so I get paid for each 15minute block that I work. It used to be hourly, but people were arriving really late and still getting paid, so they changed it. I am fine with my income (about $10AUS an hour), but I wouldn't complain if I had a pay rise. But since it is unskilled work that I'm doing, I doubt that'll happen.

I am a salaried employee,and I guess i am happy,no i lie,i am not happy with my income. I see other people who are making more money in the food industry than i am. they make more as an hourly employee than a salary employee. and i am a manager and i make less than those people.
