  • You probably -can't- get it expunged. According to Georgia law, there are only two things that can be expunged: 1. An arrest that does not lead to a conviction. 2. Juvenile records where you were not adjudicated as delinquent. There does not appear to be any mechanism in Georgia for expunging misdemeanor convictions.
