Lemme answer that with a question:
Since you don't know where the person opening the email is, how can you tell the pharmacy IS actually in Canada, and thereby subject to the Canadian laws and safeguards?
The website may be registered there, but that doesn't necessarily mean that's where the actual pharmacy is.
Personally, I don't trust ANY of the "online pharmacy" sites on principal.

I'm not entirely sure what you're looking for. However, I live in Canada. The pharmacies I trust here are Shopper's Drug Mart and Pharma Plus.

It's impossible to tell, it really is. It could advertise to be the "best Canadian" or "best American" or "best English" pharmacy, and still be based in Southeast Asia
