miRi hates social norms and regulations

Ive been super tired for the past few days. im generally an insomniac - runs in fam. but lately all i do is sleep. no idea why. not eating bad, but super stressed and oversleeping for me [7-9hrs] its really messing me up cuz i'm losing time on work. help?

    Exercise. A relative of mine had the same problem, just exercise so much that you are so worn out, you just gotta crash. Try it!

    Hard to say. Is there any unusual stress at work or private life? Seven to nine hours sleep is pretty normal for most people, me for one. If you are accustomed to less, but needing more now, it could be simply a lifestyle or schedule change. And, I need more now than when I was younger. Six hours used to do me fine. Age has its affects. Just a thought. Sorry if that is not applicable. You could also just have a form of the viruses that are going around. Any stuffy nose or sinus congestion? They also can cause tiredness and sleep upset. They don't affect everyone the same. I would not worry too much. See how you feel in a few more days.
