Where can I book a single hotel room for one person it seems like you cant book unless you share or pay extra for a single dont they like single travellers

    The hotel where I work in Reno doesn't charge any extra,be it one,two or more guests.You might also ask the reservationist if they have an internet rate.Ours does,it is only five $ off the regular rate but hey five bucks is five bucks! Good luck!

    Check hotels.com - I made reservations with the Marriott in New Orleans yesterday and the price is the same for one or two, but after that, adding a person or two will add $20. or so to the nightly rate.

    It's up to the individual hotel to determine that.

    Most hotels don't charge any more or less for 1 or 2 people in a room -- it's mostly seedy motels that do that sort of thing...
