This sounds crazy, but their is a little place in the backstreets of San Francisco that does deep fried California Rolls--Don't scream, purists--it's a real good take on an old classic...other than that--I eat what they put in front of me and love them all except the tuna ones--sorry

My favorite is whole grain brown rice, cucumber, and avocado wrapped in seaweed with wasabi and soy sauce on the side.

the regular rolls are good, but the inside out rolls are better, however the rainbow rolls and tempura rolls are best. i like any type of sushi rolls that have the ingredients on top of the inside out roll. they're the best, i can make them, just as i can make the inside out rolls, but the regular rolls with the nori out is easier. i also liked the sushi rolls that are tempura fried. they are regular rolls that are covered in tempura batter, then deep fried. they're yummy.

My favorite is the Spider Roll, the main ingredient of which is tempura'd soft-shelled crab.

I like the ones with a strip of dog meat, or cat meat, in the middle, it's pretty good... I've always wanted to try some with human meat, can't find a place which sells that though.

I'm not a big sushi eater - but there's one that the local sushi place serves that has deep fried shrimp inside of it...Ok, so it's NOT raw fish - but it's yummy!

Not too many. Nigirizushi is better, so the rolls, not so much. They are good as leftovers, fried up in a pan, though.
