Probably because the Great Wall of China is equivalent to a monument - a respected peice architecture.

Its a capital offense to deface the wall.

There is a DAMN lot of graffiti on the Great Wall.

It is cleaned daily must be the reason you never see it. I have watched specials where they are cleaning all the stuff off and all the nasty things also such as baby poop, adult poop, piss, and food. It is nasty on the wall. nowhere to relieve yourself.
