    In my opinion, California..I grew up in Mississippi, which is known as one of the worst educational systems..when I came out here I was reading at a 12th grade level and my math skills were at a 9th grade level, from my perspective a lot of attention was put on counseling and "extracurricular activities" If I fail to remit my answer in a correct form blame California I came here when I was 9
