  • With all that work, I would guess your size has changed. Muscle is more dense than fat so you can be smaller with more muscle mass and still weigh the same as you did when you started. The scale is not the only measure to go by.
  • You should probably only work out every other day. Be sure you're getting enough water, protein and sleep. Your body needs rest and proper nutrition to repair the muscle tissue after a workout, otherwise you're only injuring yourself.
  • Maybe it has changed to muscle weight. Have you checked on your measurements? Are your clothes fitting the same. Some could be tighter and others looser.
  • It could be how you are lifting. Try using lower weight and more reps. That increases muscle mess less. Maybe it is what you are eating. The best meat to eat is ostrich. Or turkey or skinless chicken.
