Hay's Test. With "flowers of sulfur". If the powder falls through urine, then you have bile salts. If the powder is held up by the surface tension of the urine, then it is normal.

Hay’s test with sulphur: decrease of water surface tension by bile acids · Place 2 ml of a bile acid solution into the one test tube and into the second tube 2 ml of water. · Add small amount of sulphur into the both tubes. · In the presence of bile acid, sulphur falls down to the bottom of test tube. · In experiment with pure water, the sulphur stays on the surface, due to higher tension."
