The church's official web site is at http://www.lds.org

By default, it displays in English, but there's a drop-down menu near the upper right corner that lets you select any of several other languages in which to read this site.

Most of the content related to explaining our beliefs is found on a companion site at http://www.mormon.org which also has a langauge selector near the upper right. The Spanish language home page appears to be at this URL: http://www.mormon.org/welcome/0,6929,403-3,00.html

This is certainly the very best source you will find for information in Spanish on what Mormonism teaches, and what Mormons believe.

Check out http://www.ldscatalog.com - the online distribution center. They have a whole section of products in Spanish.

Also, you could talk to your local missionaries to see if they can get pamphlets in Spanish.

Another great resource is the Church’s site for those that aren’t members of the Church but want to know more about us: http://www.mormon.org/ . There’s also a drop-down on that site, or you can go directly to the Castilian (“Spanish”) version using this link: http://www.mormon.org/welcome/0,6929,403-3,00.html .

btw - what makes you call it a “cult”? I suppose you could be using the most correct definition of the word, which is actually quite positive, but the term generally carries a negative connotation.

    Thanks!

I'm sure that you could ask some LDS missionaries to get some brochures in Spanish. By the way, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is not a cult--that a misconception that people have about us.
