Question

Help answer this question below.

The USPS has permanently canceled my mail service because my neighor's car used to block my mailbox. I spoke to this neigbor and the box is not blocked anymore. The USPS still refuses to resume my mail service. Is there any recourse for me?

Your post office cannot permanently cancel your mail service. If you have spoken to the Postmaster and can't get satisfaction, then call 1-800-ASK-USPS and lodge a complaint. They are required to respond to this complaint. If you feel that the local office can't or won't handle the complaint, then ask that it be sent to a higher level.

I think there must be something you're not telling us. They won't refuse to deliver your mail for no reason.
