My 2002 mustang is making a weird clicking noise when i accelerate and when i let go of the pedal it slowly stops. what could this noise be?? Also when i turn the wheel completely left or right it makes a grinding noise. can someone pleas

Im having the exact same problem on my 03 GT right now. Very loud click that worsens as i accelerate. Im clueless at this point what to even look for????? Its definitely coming from around the intake area but seems to be coming from underneath the fuel injectors?? Is your coming from the same area?
