  • just an FYI. This was my s/o signing on to ask a question (kind of goes along with the one I asked last night).
  • sinus infection can be caused by the air you breathe, not what you eat. maybe there are orchards nearby, and the land owner sprays the trees with a chemical at night, and you inhale that. or maybe there is fog in the morning and you are alergic to fog...i am. or maybe the breeze kicks up the mildew and brings it to you while you are sleeping. the wind can bring in lots of alergies. it can blow under your door and throught the cracks alongside your windows. I take benedryl alergie for my problems.
