I would think waist up including ur arms and wrists. Technically the power goes from the biggest muscles and transfers to the smaller ones. So the movement starts @ ur feet and moves up.
I stopped playing badminton for a couple of months , now when i have started back smashes r gone movement is slow and its all very jerky? help?
