Help answer this question below.

My sons mother will be moving out of town this weekend, she has custody of my son, I don't even have joint custody can she still move? Is there something that I can do to make her stay? Her other sons father lives here as well.

Depending on the state, you can petition the court and that will not allow her to move until the judge decides.
