I just recently got a new pair of eyeglasses, they have the transition lenses, but I also have an old pair of eyeglasses that I don't wear anymore, and I'd like to take the lenses out of the old pair and get a new frame. Is that possible?

Probably not. The lenses are made to suit the frame... and even the frames you pick out at the Dr's are not necessarily the same as the ones you get with your prescription in them (since they have to size them to your head and eye width).

I'm sure it's possible, but it will probably be cheaper just to buy a whole new pair

yes you can use the same glasses frame as ive done many times all you need to do is take your old gallsses into the opticin ands tell them you reqwuire the new elenses fitted you will be charged though for the lenses but work out cheaper than paying fr the whole thing hunni
