Patience is your best option here, I believe. Unfortunately, it doesn't come in pill form :(

All that stuff is dangerous. Just keep doing what you're doing now, and avoid processed foods. Hang in there!

GreenFreak has a point. Also, DON'T EVER skip meals. This actually slows your metabolism which is your bodies ability to break down food faster and more efficiently.

A friend of mine and I tried Alli, and it worked fine. You don't seem to have a weight problem though, you look on the thin side.

The only real pill/trick/gimmick/plan that works (for real) is Weight Watchers. Learn what "dieting moderately" actually means in terms of caloric content and fat, and give yourself the tools to maintain yourself at the weight you want, forever. This isn't an ad, I just really hate "quick fix" products. They never work well (ie lose weight and keep it off) and they do nothing to help, and in fact attempt to justify, unhealthy eating habits.

Too fast is not good either, keep losing weight step by step.

Just go slow! you don't have much weight to lose anyway

The faster you loose it, the faster you regain your weight. The slower you loose your weight, the greater the chances are it will remain off. Diet pills make matters worse by damaging internal organs. Your best bet is to put on muscle mass, this will increase your metabolism; allowing you to burn more calories while sitting or in motion. Work out lifting weights three days a week for two hours. Allow for one day of rest after each day of lifting. Be sure to get in at least 30 minutes per day of aerobic exercise like high paced cycling or jogging. With in months you will you what superman felt like when he finally ate the energizer bunny for lunch. It's tough at first but a really good feeling once the physical pain wears off like a bad hangover.
