Does the 5.2.1 free version of morpheus p2p file sharing program contain any type of adware, spyware or malware?

Keeping to the question, as of version 4.9.2 Morpheus only has ads embedded, according to this site:

I also came across a review on Cnet, that says it DOES contain adware. I like to stick to certainties, so would avoid Morpheus in any event. Hey..no question it's slow as heck anyway.

It had advertising content and possibly adware. Nothing free is really free. Read the EULA, if you dare to install it, it ought to post what 3rd party programs you are also getting with the program. Morpheus, is possibly the worst of the P2P proggies out there. The free version is unacceptably slow because of the adverts. There are much better P2P's out there, free ,not ad supported and don't contain any malware. Shareza comes to mind.
