If I had to spend it basically on myself, I'd pay off bills and put the rest toward the mortgage or home improvements.

lets see.... $200k home $200k in an IRA (does that count as spending?) $40k on furniture $40k on clothes bills i currently have...hehe im not tellin how much tuition couple of hybrid cars..ill be broke after..and gas will still be expensive.... hmm this kinda rules out backpacking across europe 50K in scratch off tickets :P 50k in lotto tickets the obligatory, "ill take care of the family" ) and im pretty sure im spent :P but seeing s how banks never have that kind of money on hand...ill wind up losing the money the next day...stupid banks O.o

I'd pay off ALL my debt, buy a decent car and then go get a few nice suit/work-style clothes for when I graduate that I can wear for work. A nice dinner at Red Lobster would be great also. ;) Lobsterfest, guys!!!

Pay bills and buy the materials to build a garage with a little leftover to buy some topsoil to make a garden. Or I could buy a little cottage on the Delaware river, prime fishing area:-)

That would depend on if there were any conditions ... such as, do I have to blow it and have nothing at the end of the day, or could I buy and keep something, or could I begin to buy and resell for a profit ... ???

Id buy myself a new phone, laptop. Then id help my parentspay their mortgage, maybe give the rest (if theres any =/) to charity. I dont need anything worth that much :S
