If a set of male identical twins married a set of female identical twins would both their offsprings have the same DNA if they were the same sex or would there be differences to tell them apart medically?

    The offspring would not have the "same" DNA, just a rather random combination of the parental chromosomes. That's the whole advantage of sexual reproduction in evolution: with each generation a new combination of genes is tested against the environment.

    The cousins, however, would have the same genetic makeup as if they would be brothers or sisters, since both fathers and mothers are genetically almost identical. So a DNA test may have a hard time to tell from which of the two families a kid would come.

    I say "almost identical" and "hard time", because very recent research has shown genetic differences in identical twins due to non-genetic effects:

    Identical twins get exactly the same chromosome set from each parent through a fluke in the reproductive process. After the sperm fertilizes the egg (which forms an individual with 46 chromosomes) the resulting embryo will "sometimes split into two identical embryos." Identical twins result.
