It means that you shouldn't put any emphasis on dreams; unless, of course it's a message from God, which then, you would know it's from God because not only would you have no doubt that it was from God, but God would ensure that you knew He was trying to tell you something. Bottom line: Dreaming about fish, or anything doesn't mean anything.
