i have blue gray eyes and fair skin (i have heard ghostly before) and i've always thought that a light brown is what is the best (my natural color) but i was recently cast in a production of anne frank as edith frank and had to die my hair a deep brown...it was practically black and i was so scared it would look aweful but when it came out i looked HOT not to be haughty lol...but dark hair (and the right eye makeup) will make your blue eyes pop also if thats too dark for you a rich coffe color or medium brown with red undertones would be a good idea if you dont want to go to crazy...if it means anything im dying my hair dark brown tomorrow!

I'm very fair and have blue eyes and I use light auburn (L'Oreal 6R). It looks very natural with my coloring.

i have bright blue eyes practically the color of the ocean. I have been EVERY color under the sun, every shade, every tone, so on and so forth. My absolute favorite color that has complimented my skin,eyes, and bone structure has been a brown with reddish tones. It was absolutely perfect.
