My last office job, I was on salary and was evaluated by productivity rather than a time clock. Since I'm a workaholic and a mom, this gave me the flexibility I needed to take care of my kids and still totally rock at my job!

To like it. I could take a big pay cut if I didn't dread going into work every day. It would save so much money on medical bills.

freedom to do it my way-and i have created it! HOORAY FOR SELF-EMPLOYMENT! i schedule my own appointments, and use a laptop and cellphone so that i am not chained to the desks at either of my offices.
