My last office job, I was on salary and was evaluated by productivity rather than a time clock. Since I'm a workaholic and a mom, this gave me the flexibility I needed to take care of my kids and still totally rock at my job!

So my answer is flexibility :)

Less hours, more pay, full insurance! A company car, with gas card, and 3 wks paid vacation, every 6 mo!

To like it. I could take a big pay cut if I didn't dread going into work every day. It would save so much money on medical bills.
