Silverwater Prison is about 25 minutes away. I have been in there quite a few times...not as a prisoner, but as a singer.

There is Holmesburg Prison which was just recently reactivated because of the overcrowdin in the jails in the Philadelphia area and then there is the city jail also called Philadelphiaa CCF both are literally less than 10 blocks from my house which is kind of a scary thought.
There are two prisons on the island of Montreal, Bordeaux is the one closer to where I am.

LMAO !!! Oh man !! We were in that area about 6 or 8 months ago and there's actually a game reserve "Alligator habitat" right down the road fron that place.

I completely agree. Texas is one state to stay out of trouble in. They really take law and order to heart there. Actually they may want to change to state motto to that.

A highschool buddy of mine was a prison guard at Huntsville. He's told me some stories that would make your hair stand on end ! He married a Cajun gal and moved to Louisiana and is currently a prison guard in the Louisiana Prison system. Personally I don't think that I would like that line of work.
