Help answer this question below.
I have done land clearing and tree removal for a long time . Our main reason we clear land is for new homes. We log what we can the rest would be used for firewood. We do large tree removal residential and commercial. The main reason we remove trees is because they are completely dead or they have become hazardous to the nearby homes and people. If and when we can save the tree we do.We care alot for the trees, but our #1 priority is to protect the the properties and people.
Burning really isn't recommended anymore.everything is chipped and used for boiler fuel,Mulch,Chicken house litter etc.hope this helps.
The lumber industry exists to provide wood primarily for building materials and paper products.
If you are a lumberjack or you cut down trees, how do you feel to think that you are contributing to deforestation? Are your feelings any different now that you've read this? Are you doing your job for the money or what? Please comment or answer!!!!!!!!!!
