Had a 125 gal setup moved 10 fish into a 33 gal tank. Used the gravel and water from my big tank. It has been great for about a month. Some of the pairs started to setup a nest. 2 days ago water went cloudy 8 fish died. Any ideas?

You're reading I had a snail infestation so bought some snail away. I followed the instructions which included a 50% water change, but after I did this the tank was cloudy and 6 fish died. How can I prevent this in the future?
