thanks for the advice.im hoping she will still come good with the money..fingers crossed.
Like I said - stay on her good side. Don't lose sight that this money is basically gone - any payments she makes is money you're ahead :)

i was told ive got to act quick,as shes thinking of moving out of state.
you can still sue her if she moves. Take her on the people's court. Did you have a written agreement or anything that said it was a loan?

thanks.i have my bank statement showing the transaction,date etc but was told small claims only deal upto $4000.the sum in question is more.
Wow. Then your only option would be to sue her for the maximum amount. Better to get a little something that a lot of nothing. :)
